As the result, degradation of ethics and uncertainty had got worse. Because modern society has promoted by scientific technique, it has consequently produced lost of social handicapped persons who are important factor that might invade freedom and equality because of devastating of human spirits and isolation. Faced with 21st century following 20th century that has been in uneasiness distrust and wars, human race should find out the principle. That make us overcome physically and spirituals handicapped as well as socially handicapped and it should be based on an idea that overcome nationalism and religion and be the center of making the welfare state based on human dignity, love and equality.
