Opening Remarks : Chairman McCullough welcomed Dr. Fred Rossini to the CRT, Inc. Quarterly Board Meeting. He is the information man for Georgia Tech policies and resources.

Chairman McCullough made note that CRT, Inc. is now included in the line-item funding for CRT. The supplemental funding from the legislature is for marketing and was additional funding through 6-88 . This funding will enable CRT, Inc. to establish and staff an office.

Treasurer's Report : Mr. Richards stated that all money from the VA project has been received and has covered most of Dr. Gannaway's expenses. He further stated that there is approximately $3,643.81 in both of the Trust Company account. He will closing the Trust Company of Clayton County account shortly.

CRT, Inc.'s tax liability appears to be falling into plasce. There will be a small liability for social security but most of the money expended was for student projects.

Mr. Kunian commented on the state funding for CRT, Inc. The money is provided now for the marketing plan and we need to get moving. We have spproved $74,000 to be used by June, 1987 and we have requested for a continuation of the budget with additional funding for July 1987 through June, 1988.

Chairman McCullough made note of the letter of resignation from Richard L. Martin. Chairman McCllough feels that it was an amicable parting and CRT, Inc. and CRT have common goals and both organizations need each other.

Chairman McCullough stated that Professor Marthi felt that with his continued invilvement with CRT, Inc. and Director for CRT, there could be construed a possible conflict of interest. Professor Martin also declined to be part of the consulting board for the same reason. He will be talking with several Georgia Tech people Tech people about this situation and then make a final decision regarding the consulting board.
