STRATEGY CRY,Inc. will pursue the abovementioned goals by a variety of strategies in partnership with CRT/GIT. CRT, Inc. will : 1. Meet regularly with the CRT/GIT director and staff to review the center's plans and activities; 2. Advise CRT/GIT on busi8ness affairs and its relations with the private vuseness community; 3. Seek funding for itself and CRT/GIT form a variety of different sources including philanthropic foundations, corporations, concerned private citizens, and federal, state,and local governments; 4. Communicate with federal, state, and local governements to present the needs of handicapped citizens for rehabilitative devices and systems that may be met through the activities of the public/private CRT partnership; 5. Communicat with the Georgia Bord of Regents as to the needs and activities of CRT/GIT; 6. Promote the research, business community by preparation fo news releases, literature, public addresses, direct mail, and private contacts; 7. Promote interest in rehabilitation technology through public relations activities, such as news releases, public presentations, sponsorship of conferences, and student, faculty and business awards. 8. Identify assistive devices and systems with commrtcial potential; 9. Comtact potential business organizations suitable to manufacture and market the assistive devices and systems and act as an agent for licensing arrangements; 10. Establish a small business enterprise to manufacture and market those assistive devies and systems with markets so limited as to not interest for profit commercia enterprises. |
