My interpretation of the response is as follows.


1. There is no Satellite Broadband available to/by Seagod. The only use by the safety jacket is a signal which is not broadband eompatible for the internet in the software developed. by Seagod. We may be able create the software interface needed for broadband internet use here in Australiabut I suspect this is already available by the company that runs the satellite service in Korea. So rather than duplicate the process it would be more convenient to use what is already in existence. Can the information of the the Satellite service provider be made available. This will at least provide some credibility to the people we have to deal with.

- In order to receive the signals of satellite frequency transmitted from the product of a life vest for salvage of the Korea SEAgod, it is needed to install the contents of a program which is a wireless satellite communication network receiving system in the terminal related with a conventional broadband communication network.



(3) We may be able create the software interface needed for broadband internet use here in Australiabut I suspect this is already available by the company that runs the satellite service in Korea.


- The conventional high speed internet currently used in Australia and the built-in software RFID related to the same and various protocols are low level technologies connected with the wired optical communication network.

I'm sure that you or I dont have any difficulty with Seagod being the main contractor and on-selling the services to any operation we may establish. But it is important that we dont get tied down by any secrecy to what we need to do. If it makes any difference we should satisfy Mr......insecurity by signing a non disclosure and exlusivity agreement. That may at least make him more comfortable in disclosing information that is important for this operation to proceed.

(2) Again the Satellite service providor would have the capability to provide the full service and this is evident by the interest already shown by Apple, Google and Quolcomm.


- The Korea SEAgod is a company having a source concerning a wireless satellite communication network related with the artificial satellite.


- Google, Apple and Qualcomm are a wireless optical communication network-related infrastructure company. The Korea SEAgod is a company which serves a wireless satellite communication network and a wireless satellite terminal, so there is a big difference between Google, Apple and Qualcomm and the Korea SEAgod.


- The SEAgod can partially use the conventional program function of Google, Apple and Qualcomm when constructing the RFID of a wireless satellite terminal.

 


(3) It seems that Seagod wants to make sure that it isincluded or is the main contractor to any arrangement.


- The Korea SEAgod has a source technology on a wireless satellite communication network related with the artificial satellite.


- As a main contractor with the Australian government, the Korea SEAgodTelecomm should be an exclusive contract partner because as I told many times before the Korea SEAgod has a source technology concerning a wireless satellite communication network related with the artificial satellite.


- The Korea SEAgod needs to cooperate with Google, Apple and Qualcomm for each program contents when applying the conventional program functions of Google, Apple and Qualcomm when constructing the RFID of the wireless satellite communication terminal, provided that Qualcomm of the USA has amobile communication system related with the wired optical communication network, whereas the Korea SEAgod has a wireless satellite communication terminal, so the construction of the Korea SEAgod is much different as compared to them.

Secondly I would like to know if it is possible to use the Korean switching mechanism or Exchange to relay to Australia [direct to user ]or do we need to organise this in an exchange or relay station in Australia.

- What it is possible to compatiblewith the terminals such as PC to PC and PC to Phone of the like related with the conventional wired optical communication network means that only the RFID program built in the terminal is possible.

 


(2) What. I want to know is that is available for automatic communication without any modification requirements which I assume would be the case with the satellite providor.

Accurate cost are very important to this process and rough figures like 1.8 billion or 5 or 8 billion are not creditable unless we support them with detailed cost estimates.

- Since everything has its timing and situation, a deep attention on the hosting of the UN world rehabilitation organization by the prime minister of Australia at the G20 (November 11~12) summit in Korea is very important.

 


(2) Getting any Government to commit to the expenditure requested by Seagod will only be possible once we can present them with detailed costs and analysis.


- In a point that the Australian government suggests detailed cost and analysis, the important thing is not the computation of amount to be needed, but the national policy direction of the Australian government. For example, it is needed to determine whether or not the conventional wired optical communication network system is preferred or the wireless satellite communication network system is preferred.


- When the Australian government selects a wireless satellite communication network system, there should be a previous announcement that the Korea SEAgod is to be selected as a top prioritycooperation partner, so all things might be well embodied.

- If the Australian government announces the Korea SEAgod as the top cooperation priority partner in the form of agent at G20 (November 11~12, 2010) summit, The Korea SEAgod will immediately start preparing the sample.
