Contract with the Australian Government SEAgod Telecomm



SEAgod telecommunications in Korea is a small size company whose president is Mr. Jung-sun Kim, the president of the WRO.


Our company hahs developed technology for satellite information communication and presented international policy for the U.S and the International Maritime Organization (IMO) for the past 10 years.


We have obtained international patents and are in the course of obtaining patents in various countries regarding the relevant technology.


We would like to appreciate that Australia and Russia granted their patents on our technology firstly among our relevant international patent applications. Also, we would like to express our respect to the U.S. government for prescribing and announcing internationally that the information communication network of future generation is 5GHz (called 4th generation or 5th generation).


We hereby promise again that the present technology owned by SEAgod telecommunications will be returned to be helpful to humanity, starting from the U.S. and Australia.


If the present contract between the Australian government and SEAgod telecommunications in Korea is made, it will be executed according to the basic frame as shown in the chart.

What is the target date for Future channels [ 5ghz facility] and its expected concurrent user capacity..Satellite wireless theoretically has an infinite. capacity to carry/transmit voice and data communications but in practice it is limited to its switcing capacity by its servers and transmitters.




SEAgod Telecomm Phone System Overview


The present IT business model of Korea is a failure. I (Mr. Jung-Sun, Kim, the president of WRO and the president of SEAgod telecommunications) am the one who initially prepared the Korean national policy regarding the IT industry in the regime of Kim, Dae-Jung. You can find out my name in the national IT policy of Korea of those years. It is the present Korean information communication business that has developed there from for 10 years.


At that time, we pointed out the limit of the C3I concept of the U.S., and opened a new era of extensive broadband communication network (an abbreviation. optical communication network or optical fiber cable) by presenting the theory of C4I of connecting the computer network in broadband.


There were situations under which Korea IT policy could not help adopting the terminal of CDMA connection method of mobile communication developed by Qualcomm of the U.S. due to the limit of national region. Qualcomm of the U.S. also was only a small company having about 6 employees 10 years ago. They tried to sell the mobile phone terminal program they developed to Samsung Electronics of Korea, which rejected such a technical suggestion.


Qualcomm of the U.S. had no place to test the theory of the mobile phone terminal program of CDMA method developed at that time. Korea has best regional structure for such a test. However, it is a great failure in understanding the system to assume that because they succeed in Korea, they will be able to succeed in extensive regions such as the U.S. or Australia. It will cause tremendous errors and failures.


Moreover, in the process of entering the era of satellite information communication using optical communication network, system transition of relevant infrastructure excluding the existing optical communication network, that is, function of expanding frequency band of the computer network and mobile phone connected to the broadband radio network is required additionally.


The current mobile phones (brand name: smart phone) launched by Apple or Google of the U.S. are just combination of protocol functions of simple RFAD. That is, it is just to combine an internet phone to a PC which is made by reducing the size of a general computer. It can be defined as a kind of computer phone.


However, it is also impossible to make these phones converted according to the satellite information communication era.


However, considering the circumstances of the Korean information communication infrastructure, because there is the existing frame of infrastructure constitution based optical cable, in the case of the mobile communication, it only needs to convert the CDMA system to the satellite communication connection system in the terminal part of the mobile phone. This is because the existing optical cable can carry the 5GHz (called the 5th generation) broadband.


Accordingly, Apple or Google of the U.S. achieves the smart phone (called computer phone) only by grafting a kind of functional RFID protocol onto a PC, but does not achieve a source technology for optical cable system and satellite information communication system which are central infrastructures of the national industry.


As a result, the limit of the smart phone connected to the infrastructure of the optical cable is the overload of the system capacity that the terminal itself can accept.


The internal design of the smart phone itself has a small capacity and thus there is a limit due to frequent collision in the operation of various protocols of PC functions mounted inside the smart phone terminal. For example, it means a overload of communication line, that is, it means a bottle neck phenomenon like in the case when vehicles enter the two-lane road from four-lane road in the highway.


As mentioned above, the CDMA method having 800MHz band of Qualcomm of the U.S. is suitable only for Korea having a narrow region, but is not suitable for countries having wide regions like the U.S. and Australia.


The Wibro method developed by Samsung in Korea is only a protocol of a functional RFID and thus because even if it can be functionally mounted on the smart phone, it cannot be applied to the broadband frequency band of the U.S. and Australia, it is a failure.


The future era is one of exploring the space and it is an era of a satellite communication system comprising optical communication network and optical network.


The computer server constitution should be also converted to have an expanded capacity to operate functions of various protocols (capacity to carry/transmit voice and data communications).


For example, if we use the backward server function of the computer identical to the existing CDMA system, when the world enters the era of satellite communication network, the present computer function will not be able to be used.


Sound and image mean a protocol of a functional RFID of one entity and the constitution of channels means the connective relation in the product (TV) in the system.


The substance of the satellite information communication in the national industry of Australia is as follows:


1. Optical communication network industry;


2. Infrastructure industry connected with the optical communication network (hard and soft concepts of the computer network);


3. Industry connected to the satellite information communication network;


4. Satellite mobile phone industry using the matters in Items 1 - 3 above;


5. Industrial nuclear energy and establishment of satellite communication network and ocean communication network using the matters in Items 1 - 3 above; and


6. Others.
